Our process starts with an on-site Christmas lighting consultation. We visit your home, take measurements, evaluate heights and access points, locate electrical outlets, determine cord routes, and document any specialized equipment needed for your installation.
We also take photos of your home and use them to create a custom visual design, allowing you to see how different Christmas lighting and décor options can look on your actual home before you make your final selection.
We document the details ahead of time so our installation team arrives prepared—with the measurements, equipment, power plan, design, and installation notes already mapped out.

One of the unique things about our service is that you’re not locked into the same look every Christmas.
Because your Christmas lights are rented as part of your seasonal service, we’ll contact you at the beginning of each Christmas season to confirm the look you want for that year. We’ll prepare your custom-fit lights, professionally install them, take them down after the season, and store them for you until next Christmas.
If a bulb goes out or your lights come loose during the season, our workmanship guarantee has you covered—we’ll return and take care of it.
